Eureka is now in Singapore!
It was in January of 2020 that Eureka Analytical Services, commenced operations.
Over the next 6 years we followed a path of rapid growth, rolling out a network of labs across India, offering a growing scope of accredited services in Food, Pharma and Environment testing. Over this period, we established Eureka as an industry leader in Food testing in India and the GBA Group came on board as a key shareholder and knowledge partner, with strong credibility in Europe and a wide accreditation portfolio and customer base in Food and Pharma.
In March 2025, Eureka acquired Teena Biolabs to expand its capabilities and Geographic presence in Pharma services. This was further strengthened with the Eureka facility in Kundli being successfully inspected by the USFDA. With this, Eureka is now in a unique position with two Pharma labs, in the North and one in South India, that are USFDA approved. We are now well placed to serve the Pharma industry across the country.
We now mark the new year of 2026 with our first step outside India. Eureka, a subsidiary of the GBA Group, has acquired Amlab Services Pte. Ltd. (Amlab), an international service laboratory for food and environmental analysis based in Singapore. Amlab was owned by Ennovi (a Blackstone company). Amlab provides high-quality analytical services in the fields of food, water and environmental analysis, hazardous substances and RoHS.
Singapore itself is a very discerning market in terms of quality and its location provides an excellent logistical advantage to serve markets across Asia. It also provides a good entry point as we roll out our service network in this part of the world.
Founded in 2005, Amlab stands for high-quality analytical services in the fields of food, water and environmental analysis, hazardous substances and RoHS, soil and sand analysis, microbiology, as well as damage and failure analysis.
