Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise inorganic analysis including heavy metals and elemental testing in food matrices

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, AAS
-
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 17025, AOAC and Codex requirements

Review raw data, calculations, and final test reports before release
-
Handle method validation, verification and uncertainty calculations
-
Monitor quality control samples, calibration standards and corrective actions
-
Train and mentor junior chemists and analysts
-
Coordinate with QA/QC and ensure audit readiness (internal & external)

Qualification & Experience:
-
-
M.Sc. Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Applied Chemistry (or equivalent)
-
7–10 years of hands-on experience in food testing – inorganic analysis

Strong exposure to regulatory and accreditation audits
