Key Responsibilities

Lead HPLC-based analysis for vitamins, preservatives, additives, sweeteners, mycotoxins, residues and other food parameters

Operate and troubleshoot HPLC / UHPLC systems

Ensure method validation, system suitability and documentation compliance

Review chromatograms, integration, and result calculations

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, AOAC, ISO and customer-specific requirements

Support audits and customer technical queries

Train analysts on instrument handling, data integrity and compliance

Maintain analytical excellence and turnaround commitments
Qualification & Experience:
-
M.Sc. Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Food Technology
-
7–10 years of experience in HPLC analysis within food testing labs
-
Strong understanding of method development and troubleshooting
